About NAPE Foundation

NAPE Foundation (Naa Amerley Palm Education Foundation) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the United States and Ghana IRS. NAPE Foundation is also registered with the Registrar General’s Department of Ghana as a non-profit organization. Because of the limited opportunities in Ghana for a higher education, NAPE Foundation is dedicated to providing an increase in educational opportunities to Ghanaians. NAPE Foundation provides scholarships to current high school and university students on a yearly basis.  NAPE Foundation has been awarding  of scholarships to high school and university student in Ghana since 2009.

NAPE Foundation is developing Palm University, a four-year university with a liberal arts core in Ghana.  Palm  University will providing individual attention and assistance from faculty and staff to nourish and encourage student’s educational experience and capabilities in an enriching educational environment. Our curriculum will provide a strong creative, critical and analytical, ethical and value-based approach to thinking for problem solving and solution identification in the Ghanaian and African contest. Palm University shall encourage cultural diversity and an atmosphere that responds to an ever-changing global education through exchange programs for students and a diverse teaching staff.
